Terms of Service
Last updated 22 September 2026
By using AngelAPI Auto Delivery, operated by Nyx Solution, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
- Only upload digital products you own or are licensed to resell, and that Shopee's policies and Malaysian law allow.
- Do not upload stolen, cracked, pirated or shared-login credentials, or anything that breaks another platform's terms.
- Do not attempt to access other sellers' data or disrupt the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your responsibilities
You are the seller of record. You are responsible for your products, your stock, your listings on Shopee and support to your buyers.
Service
The service is provided "as is" during the beta. We work to keep it running, but we are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses caused by outages, Shopee API changes or stock you uploaded incorrectly.
Shopee
AngelAPI Auto Delivery is an independent application that connects to Shopee through the Shopee Open Platform. It is not operated or endorsed by Shopee.
