Privacy Policy

AngelAPI Auto Delivery ("we") is operated by Nyx Solution, Malaysia. This policy explains what we collect when sellers use the service and when buyers open a redeem page.
What we collect
- Seller account: email address, a salted password hash (never the password itself) and your store name.
- Seller content: product names, Shopee item IDs and SKUs, instructions, and the download links or codes you add. These are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
- Shopee connection: your shop ID, region and the access tokens Shopee issues when you authorise the app, stored encrypted.
- Orders: Shopee order numbers, the products and quantities ordered, and delivery status.
- Security logs: IP addresses of login and redeem attempts, kept for up to 7 days to stop abuse.
What we do not collect
We do not request or store buyers' names, phone numbers, addresses or payment details.
How we use it
Only to deliver the digital products you sell, show your delivery log, secure your account and provide support. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to the operator for support and security.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. Email us to delete your account; we delete your products, stock, orders and Shopee tokens within 30 days. Disconnecting your shop in Shopee revokes our access.
